That said, you don’t need even minimally invasive procedures like laser lipolysis to correct most problems below the neckline. Fillers can be used to add definition to slack jawlines and as an alternative to lipolysis to give a lift to drooping kneecaps. Thermage not only has proven effective at tightening turkey necks, but works well with other isolated trouble spots off the face like the arms and knees.
